  • Client files (photos/videos and booking forms) are stored in our system for 12 months, after which they may be permanently deleted
  • If clients require long-term archival, they must inform us at the time of booking or before deletion

During the booking process, you will have the option to:
  • Grant permission to use selected images for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio)
  • Decline usage — and your images will remain strictly private
